Payment/Cancellation Policy
- At time of booking 50% deposit of the full accommodation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Credit card to be supplied for breakage deposit.
Cancellation Fees:
- For two or less rooms – within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
- For three to nine rooms – within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
- For ten rooms or more, group cancellation policy will apply.
